Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield: Agentic Agent
Product: Agentic AI platform that enables BCBS staff to create custom AI agents—plus two pre-built agents: a Medical Review Agent that parses dense medical documents and answers user questions, and a Contract Review Agent that validates contract terms against BCBS requirements.
Users: BCBS Staff
Objective: BCBS needed to streamline time-intensive workflows like reviewing medical documents and validating contracts. The team built an AI platform that not only handles these use cases out of the box, but also empowers staff to create their own agents for future needs.
My role:Identified UX/UI improvements and partnered with engineering to implement before launch.

Outcome: Delivered a clear, intuitive interface for agent creation and interaction—helping BCBS staff navigate complex information faster and build custom agents without technical expertise.
