Reviewing vendor contracts for risk compliance is a critical but often manual and error-prone process. These workflows are notoriously time-consuming, frequently leading to inconsistent interpretations and missed details.
Recognizing the potential for automation, our client engaged us to help scale their internal tool into a market-ready solution.
Product Transformation: We evolved a functional but unintuitive MVP into a seamless user experience. By leveraging LLMs and building enterprise-ready AI, we built a SaaS platform that makes high-stakes contract effortless and accurate.
Venture Building & GTM: We identified the commercial potential of the tool beyond internal use. Our team designed the operating model, shaped the distribution strategy, hired the foundational team, and secured the first external enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
As the sole designer, I led the product from concept to launch. My work involved defining the product vision, requirements, and building a scalable design foundation, while partnering with engineering to harness emerging LLM capabilities within tight enterprise constraints.
Product Design Leadership: Facilitated executive workshops to align on strategy, conducted user research, and managed the end-to-end design lifecycle—from UX/UI and design systems to QA and handoff.
Venture Advisory: Shaped the venture’s operating model and GTM strategy. I also led the recruitment and onboarding of the permanent design team to ensure long-term success.
